Are you looking for a way to deepen your faith and connect with other women in your community? Then mark your calendars for the upcoming Weekly Women’s Bible Study, which focuses on the book of Amos.
Starting on February 21, 2024, and running every Wednesday, this study offers two convenient times:
- 10 am – Fireside
- 5:30 pm – The Gathering Place
Amos is often called a prophet of doom. And when you begin to read his prophecy, it doesn’t take long to realize that nickname fits. On the surface, his prophecy doesn’t sound like a happy formula for the good life. However, every condemnation he gives serves as an invitation, a cry for us to “seek God and live” (Amos 5:4). You’ll be invited to live assured, faithful, chosen, humble, justly, prayerful, and hopeful. This kind of living will bring us and others around us peace and true prosperity.
The cost is $22 (or free for those who can’t afford it – we would rather have you than your money); this study is an accessible and valuable way to grow in your faith.
