Advent Sermon Series

As we approach Christmas, many of us are filled with joy and wonder. We look forward to spending time with loved ones, exchanging gifts, and enjoying festive treats. However, it’s important to remember that not everyone experiences this time of year in the same way. For some, Christmas can be a time of loneliness, sadness, and hardship. That’s why this Advent season, FPC Klamath Falls is focusing on A Christmas of Compassion.

Each week, we’ll explore what it means to show compassion during the Christmas season. We’ll look at how we can share the love of Christ with those around us, especially those who are hurting. Our weekly sermon titles are:

December 3 | What Christmas Love Does (John 3:16)
December 10 | What Christmas Love Does for Children (Matthew 18:3-5)
December 17 | What Christmas Love Does for the Suffering (Luke 10:25-37)
December 24| When Heaven Meets Earth (Matthew 1:18-23; Luke 2:1-14)

We invite you to join us for worship at 10 am on Sunday mornings as we explore these themes of compassion and love. By showing Christ’s love to others, we can make a real difference in the world around us. Let’s make this Christmas season one of compassion and generosity as we share the love of Christ with those in need.
